Best Testosterone Booster of 2017

bodybuilder2017 has been a year where we saw the launch of several new testosterone boosters for men. With growing concern over the use of synthetic steroid injections or tablets, more bodybuilders are turning their attention to natural alternatives, and emerging new testosterone boosting nootropics.

What are testosterone boosters?
There are a number of active ingredients that are used as testosterone enhancers. They all work in different ways, and most products use combinations of different compounds, many of which have been proven to increase testosterone in clinical studies.

The brands of testosterone boosters that we offer at the Supplement Store EU are all made by leading sports supplement manufacturers using the highest quality ingredients to deliver reliable results. Many are Informed Sport approved, so suitable for use by athletes, military personnel, and sports professionals.

Why use a testosterone booster?
Having the correct balance of testosterone and estrogen is said to maximise your muscle building ability, and good testosterone levels are associated with a healthy libido. Signs that a testosterone booster are working will be faster muscle gain and fat loss.

  • USN 19-ANABOL TESTO
This is by far the most popular natural testosterone booster pill on the market, and contains Fenugreek seed extract, 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy-Isoflavone, 20 Hydroxy Ecdysterone, Avena Sativa (10:1 Extract), 7-Isopropoxyisoflavone, Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6, and BioPerine. We could write an entire blog post about each one of these ingredients which gives your body everything it needs to create natural testosterone. After a week or two of taking 19-Anabol Testo I felt stronger, was lifting heavier, and felt pumped up at the gym quicker than before.
Cost = £1.26 per day (4 capsules, twice a day).
  • tf7 labs toxin test boosterTF7 Labs Toxin
This one contains just three ingredients – DAA, Cissus Quad, and ZMA matrix. The cryptic ingredients list translates as D aspartic acid, cissus quadrangularis, zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. If you look into these compounds, you will realise that the manufacturer is at the cutting edge of research into freeing the natural potential we have for producing free testosterone. It is recommended that you cycle this product after two weeks to maximise results.
Cost = £1.61 per day (4 capsules, twice a day).
  • Dedicated Dominate
The manufacturer claims that the ingredient sarcosine supercharges the product by activating hormone receptors in the brain, while glycine propionyl l-carnitine increases androgen receptors resulting in greater uptake of natural testosterone. N-methyl-dl-aspartic acid is said to be 50x more powerful than D aspartic acid, stimulating the NMDA receptors in the brain for rapid increase in testosterone, growth hormone, and luteinizing hormone. Other ingredients include chamomile with specific lignans with anti-estrogen effects, specific lignans extracted from nettle root that free up bound testosterone, and acacetin which is extracted from wild chrysanthemum flower which inhibits testosterone being converted into estrogen, and spilanthes acmella which is a herb believed to increase testosterone by stimulating luteinizing hormone. We definitely noticed increased strength, muscularity, and sex drive while using this product.
Cost = £1.00 a day (3 tablets in the morning, 3 at night).

I would love to have had testosterone level checks done to verify if the supplements were in fact increasing my testosterone level, or if the effects I experienced were down to any other effects, but it reassuring that there are many clinical studies cited by the manufacturers of the products into their effectiveness. I did persuade my doctor to check my testosterone level before starting taking any of the supplements and was told that the level was normal for my age (41 years old).

My personal favourites are the TF7 Labs Toxin, and Dominate (which happens to be the cheapest), but there are others too that I haven’t tried yet. On all of them I noticed that I had improvements in strength consistently at the gym, and heightened libido – a bit like I had taken viagra. On the TF7 Labs toxin especially I did notice some flushing in the face, probably due to increased blood circulation, and on Dominate a definate increase in libido which is a possible sign of increased testosterone. I would personally use the 19-Anabol Testo to cycle between these two products rather than using any of them continuously.

So if you want to maximise your results at the gym, and in the bedroom, consider trying a testosterone boosting supplement. You don’t have to have low testosterone levels to benefit, but if you are over 40 and concerned that your testosterone levels might not be as high as when you are younger it is worth trying them out and seeing if you notice the benefit. If you have had a testosterone test and found your levels are low, certainly try these products and let us know if they help your levels in the comments.
